Simple meal guide laying out exact portions and foods to eat and avoid, with lots of choices available within the plan. You will eat whole, real food, and plenty of it! This food guide is considered the gold standard for food addiction and will create instant peace and calm around your food.

Access to an easy to use Accountability Hub where you can keep track of your food in a journal, submit your food to me, track your water intake, weight, exercise, etc. This Accountability Hub will help you build sustainable and lasting changes. 

My program will be delivered morning and evening via email and is also available on the Accountability Hub. This course is comprehensive. It includes recovery work and exercises that will help you not only detox from sugar but learn to live life without using sugar as a drug.

A group video meeting once a week for solidarity and support. You are not alone in this!

When you choose my Sugar Addiction Recovery Course with 1:1 Coaching you will get support from me personally in the form of daily texting, submitting your food to me every evening, and weekly 1:1 calls with me.

Weight-loss. Following this plan, my clients lose between 3-5 pounds a week and keep it off. If you have any weight to lose, you can expect to lose an amount you will be excited about! And the weight-loss is just the beginning!

An identity shift. Your identity will change and grow stronger as you learn to live a life feeling all the things: excitement, joy, fear, loss, celebration, boredom, loneliness, etc. without having to medicate over them. This part is harder than the withdrawal from sugar itself, and I will be with you every step of the way! 

Freedom from food thoughts and cravings. You will weigh your food for the first 30 days. This creates instant peace and eliminates food chatter. It will amaze you how much good food you get to eat, and how much weight you will lose! My clients love that they get to eat grains and fruit and still lose weight! My clients lose between 3-5 pounds a week on average. This meal plan is what I use every day and keeps me satiated, nourished and at my goal weight.

More time: We don't realize how much time we spend thinking about eating and recovering from eating until we cut it out. Addictive eating and snacking takes up an incredible amount of time. When you eliminate this behavior you will suddenly have bandwidth for things other than food. This extra time will feel daunting at first. I will show you how to gradually and gracefully ease into the space that sugar leaves behind. 

More money: Addictive eating leads to expensive online grocery store orders for binges, drive-thrus for milkshakes, stops at convenience stores for snacks, etc. Eliminating these behaviors will lead to huge savings.
