This is an example of the meals my clients and I eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
My clients enjoy a grain at every meal, they are seldom hungry (except pleasantly before their next meal,) and they are amazed that they get to eat so much and still lose weight!
Eating enough whole food supports our muscles as we age, it supports our bone health, our functional fitness, our energy, etc. We need plenty of whole, real food to thrive now and into the future.
This way of eating is sustainable. It will end cravings and lead to sustainable weight-loss. It will prevent feelings of deprivation, which will allow long-term recovery. Eating this way brought me to my goal weight and keeps me there.
The food plan my clients and I do is part of my 30 Day Sugar Addiction Recovery Course.

(Thank you, Karen, for sharing your beautiful food with us in these images!)
