Look at all this delicious, nutritious food! This is an example of the meals my clients and I eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We could never eat this much food if our appetites were suppressed by a drug! We need this much food to thrive in our lives!
This way of eating is sustainable, it will lead to weight-loss, it will end cravings, it will prevent deprivation, and it will support your body and brain now and into the future. Eating this way brought me to my goal weight and keeps me there.
My clients love that they get to eat a grain at every meal, are seldom hungry (except pleasantly before their next meal,) and still experience dramatic weight-loss!
I encourage you to eat enough food!
